What you will do

• Shape the strategic direction and long-term competitive bets for QuickBooks products and services.
• Use market and customer insight to refine ideal-customer targeting and value propositions.
• Partner with product leadership to prioritize the strategic roadmap.
• Align product, sales, and executive stakeholders on strategic direction and key decisions.
• Build business cases and narratives for future product development and present them to senior audiences.
• Enable Sales to communicate the product vision and incorporate field feedback into strategy.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or management consulting, including ownership of multi-year strategy.
• Ability to define and defend long-range strategic bets using market intelligence and customer insight.
• Experience working with product management teams and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including executive business reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership, independent judgment, measurable strategy-level outcomes, and fluent use of AI tools in the workflow.

• Familiarity with accounting, payroll, or small business software.
