Business Analytics Lead (Python)

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions and business units.
• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership.
• Consult with clients on analytical tools, strategies, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and solution development.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support complex implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze results, provide recommendations, and communicate complex conclusions to business partners and senior management.
• Mentor junior employees and support peers with guidance on complex analytical solutions.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, JupyterHub, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of analytical thinking, business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen, consulting, critical-thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
