Principal Technology Product Analyst (Pega)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia or Pensacola, Florida, United States. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $111,600–$163,100 annually.

What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support for business users of the Pega Marketing NBI platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership and NBI stakeholders to assess needs, resolve issues, and design solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop strategies and best practices for the Martech stack, improving marketing effectiveness, member engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Translate technical concepts and data-driven insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Mentor lower-level professionals on Pega NBI practices, technical concepts, business context, and data.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship is required.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, technology, or technology-adjacent roles with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of Pega experience; Pega Decisioning experience is preferred.
• Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, APIs, ETL, predictive analytics, AI, automation, and agentic solution development.
• Experience with Azure, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, large language models, Copilot applications, and product analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent training, education, and experience; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
