EN / IT Localization Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Localize the Joybuy e-commerce website interface and manage language vendors and language resources for the Italian market.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, development, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent multilingual user experiences.
• Ensure localization quality through quality assurance, issue resolution, and language quality optimization projects.
• Build and maintain glossaries, style guides, knowledge bases, and process documentation.
• Support the training and optimization of a multilingual large language model through data annotation, quality assessment, prompt optimization, and evaluation of generated results.
• Provide localization solutions for product launches and marketing campaigns while continuously improving team workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Italian: educated native-level communication and writing ability required.
• English: high proficiency required.
• 4+ years of experience in translation or localization within a corporate environment.
• Strong sensitivity to local user needs, cultural nuance, and content quality.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
