What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows and screening platforms for drug discovery.
• Execute automated sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analyses across multiple high-throughput proteomics assays.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced mass spectrometry systems, including platforms such as Orbitrap Astral.
• Collaborate with chemistry, biology, and disease-area teams as a technical and scientific subject matter expert.
• Analyze proteomics data to assess mechanism of action, target engagement, and selectivity.
• Present research findings and maintain accurate documentation of experiments, protocols, and analyses.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant experience; or a master’s degree with 4 years of directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of directly related experience.
• Experience developing mass spectrometry-based proteomics assays and analyzing proteomics data.
• Experience operating advanced mass spectrometry platforms and working with sample preparation miniaturization and automation.
• Strong quantitative and computational skills for high-dimensional proteomics data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with a record of producing reliable and reproducible results.

Nice to have

• Doctorate in proteomics, chemoproteomics, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Three or more years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of targeted protein degradation or E3 ligase biology.
