Health and Safety Specialist (Occupational Health & Safety)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year and flexible working hours

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and internal standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, internal audits, occupational risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, perform root cause analyses, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Select, evaluate, order, and manage the issuance of personal protective equipment.
• Manage occupational medical examination referrals and maintain Health & Safety documentation in line with ISO 45001 requirements.
• Deliver Health & Safety training, report KPIs, support audits and certifications, and cooperate with physicians, laboratories, authorities, and inspection bodies.

Requirements

• University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Valid qualifications for an H&S Specialist under local regulations.
• Practical knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency required for work in an international environment.
