QA Coordinator, Customer Complaints (Medtech)

Location: On-site in Stargard, Poland

What you will do

• Handle customer complaints according to established procedures.
• Participate in optimizing customer complaint processes and improvement projects.
• Support the organization during audits.
• Collaborate with the global organization on complaint-related activities.
• Travel to another operating company 1–3 times per year.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills, minimum B2 level.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work on-site in Stargard, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, IVD, medical device directives, and FDA legislation.
• Experience working with CRM software.
