LPN - Per Diem

Location: 132 Warwick Road, Haddonfield, NJ, USA

Salary: $32.00–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and support holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Deliver resident services while supporting the company mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform physical duties, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
