Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Bowie, MD, United States; on site. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour base pay, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored loan solutions throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Adapt to changing demands and provide timely, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and work toward performance goals.
• Availability to work on site during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills.
