Loan Sales Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Willmar, Minnesota, United States; on site. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays as needed.

Salary: $17.00–$19.50 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Serve customers throughout the loan process by listening to their needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while supporting individual and branch goals.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Multitask and adapt to changing customer and branch demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in Willmar, Minnesota.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to work in a competitive environment.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
