Universal Banker (Fintech)

Location: 835 W Northland Ave, Appleton, WI 54914, USA. On-site schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm, and every other Saturday, 8:45am–1:15pm.

Salary: $22.25–$23.50 per hour, plus incentives and a 3% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, account opening, service requests, and credit applications.
• Educate members about banking products and services, cross-sell appropriate solutions, and make qualified referrals.
• Build lasting member relationships through consultative conversations, follow-ups, and personalized service.
• Research and resolve moderately complex account issues, including fraud, forgery, deceased accounts, retirement services, and business needs.
• Provide notarial services, support branch and community events, and assist other Retail Delivery teams when needed.
• Follow risk, privacy, compliance, and asset-protection policies while meeting established sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• One year of member service or retail banking experience, sales skills, and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or credit union regulations and experience recommending financial products preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, organization, accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general office equipment, and self-service technology.
• Must obtain or possess an MLO unique qualifier and complete all applicable S.A.F.E. Act registry requirements; a notary license is required upon hire.
