Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester (Golf Equipment)

Salary: $57,460–$71,240 per year

What you will do

• Conduct player testing using advanced measurement technologies and established testing protocols.
• Analyze performance data and prepare technical reports and insights for R&D engineers.
• Maintain player and product performance databases and improve data-management processes.
• Recruit and schedule test participants and coordinate consumer testing programs.
• Manage test-club logistics and support competitive product evaluations in key golf markets.
• Communicate performance findings to support informed golf equipment development decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in golf club fitting or related golf education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, including tables, queries, and forms, and Microsoft Excel, including formatting, formulas, and templates.
• Strong understanding of the golf swing and the relationship between golfer, equipment, and performance.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, analytical ability, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to spend long days outdoors and on foot with the full range of motion required for player testing.

Nice to have

• PGA Membership.
• Experience such as PGA Member, Science Van, SDGA, or Professional Golfers Career College background.
