Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. Full-time onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Anticipated start: February 2027.

What you will do
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow for the health center.
- Lead hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management for RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff.
- Provide patient care and technical expertise as needed while monitoring patient flow, utilization, and service penetration.
- Identify workflow efficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as infection control lead, support quality initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Communicate policies, maintain patient records, manage incident reports, and collaborate with client representatives on complaints and investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current hands-on Basic Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on the contract scope.
- At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
- Knowledge of infection prevention standards from CDC, WHO, APIC, or similar organizations.
- Strong computer, communication, problem-solving, and workflow management skills.
Nice to have
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
- Healthcare, staff training, and Electronic Medical Records experience.
