Focus on optimizing workflows, applying technology-based solutions, and presenting measurable results.

Location: Amphoe Si Maha Phot, Thailand; Work location: BangPa-In Building 1

What you will do

Complete engineering improvement projects assigned by the supervisor.
Identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and redesign workflow structures.
Apply new technology tools and applications to improve manufacturing processes.
Use Power Automate to support process improvements.
Prepare presentations and reports demonstrating results and providing insights.
Share initiative ideas and support department activities.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Available for an internship of at least 3 months; 3–6 months is preferred.
Understanding of time study, line balancing, and lean manufacturing.
Ability to use Power Automate for process improvement.
