What you will do

• Develop, configure, optimize, test, and upgrade manufacturing processes and systems.
• Assess processes, collect and interpret measurements, and perform process simulations.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
• Manage cost and time constraints, perform risk assessments, and maintain process documentation and operating instructions.
• Interface with customers and internal R&D, Product Engineering, and Product Line Management teams to validate requirements and achieve process and technology milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and industry best practices while coaching and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Experience developing and optimizing production processes.
• Ability to assess processes, analyze data, and perform simulations.
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage process risks, costs, and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prepare process documentation and operating instructions.
