Commercial Model Transformation Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead ANZ’s AI-enabled commercial transformation as a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, reporting to the Country President.
• Run a disciplined programme of commercial tests, define success criteria, capture learnings, and scale effective approaches across the business.
• Lead AI enablement by identifying automation opportunities and building the skills, tools, and ways of working required for adoption.
• Provide portfolio visibility to senior leadership, coordinate resourcing trade-offs, and apply lessons from pilots and process improvements across teams.
• Represent ANZ in hirify.global’s international Transformation Lead network and exchange practices with global colleagues.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while promoting responsible AI adoption, operational excellence, compliance, and hirify.global values.

Requirements

• University degree in business, marketing, science, pharmacy, health sciences, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-year transformation or capability-building programmes, ideally involving commercial model design, AI- or data-enabled tools, and organisational change.
• Fluency with AI-enabled commercial models, including omnichannel engagement, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and influencing outcomes across complex matrix organisations.
• Strong communication, storytelling, partnership, and roadmap-building skills, with the ability to progress work in an evolving mandate.
• Ability to operate in compliance with Australian and New Zealand laws, medicines-industry codes, hirify.global policies, and governance requirements.
