Senior Strategy Analyst

What you will do

• Lead defined workstreams within complex, enterprise-wide corporate, business unit, and product strategy projects.
• Develop fact-based analysis, including financial modelling, market sizing, market attractiveness assessments, competitor analysis, scenario analysis, and evaluation of strategic options.
• Translate complex or ambiguous information into clear insights, implications, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
• Generate market, competitor, investment, and corporate development insights through targeted research and competitive intelligence.
• Support strategy delivery through measures, dashboards, OKRs, reporting, governance, and escalation of emerging issues.
• Prepare analysis, insights, and narrative sections for Board Strategy Day, investor briefings, and analyst briefings while influencing stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for senior audiences.
• Hypothesis-based problem solving, strategic thinking, structured project management, and the ability to manage defined strategic workstreams.
• Commercial acumen with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial modelling, competitor reviews, market assessment, and market sizing.
• Exposure to corporate development, including strategic rationale and revenue or cost synergy opportunities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and communication, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build cross-functional relationships.
