Technical Program Manager V (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California, United States

Salary: $90–$100 per hour on W-2

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional Business Messaging monetization programs.
• Maintain end-to-end program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Document and route advertiser and client insights into relevant product workstreams.
• Track program risks, blockers, dependencies, metrics, and KPIs.
• Prepare status reports and maintain program documentation and operating cadence materials.
• Coordinate with legal, policy, and compliance reviewers on program deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong program or project management experience in technology, digital advertising, or a comparable domain.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed, global organization.
• Product-first and customer-centric mindset, including experience in early-stage or pre-product-market-fit environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Analytical skills for working with program data and producing reporting and recommendations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple geographies or regional teams with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with business messaging or conversational commerce products.
• Experience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environments.
• Experience with AI/ML product adoption in enterprise contexts.
• Experience building operational tooling or automation to improve program efficiency.
