Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, UK; the role includes regional travel and in-person meetings.

What you will do

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms across cold outbound, warm inbound, and active introducer relationships.
• Build trusted partnerships with accountants and grow Allica’s presence across their stakeholders, colleagues, and offices.
• Introduce Business Rewards Accounts and other banking products, managing onboarding, funding, and account usage.
• Qualify clients with lending needs and coordinate referrals to specialist Relationship Managers.
• Run regional lunch-and-learns, roundtables, and other partner events with support from Marketing.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, improve the Accountants Playbook, and collaborate across internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of SMEs, professional advisors, and accounting firms.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline progress.
• Commercial judgment with appropriate consideration of risk and reputation.
• Willingness to travel regionally and attend in-person meetings and events.
