Manager Technology Savings & Bancassurance

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €8,446–€11,262 per month, based on 40 hours per week and depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology management for the Savings & Bancassurance domain and its complete product value chain.
• Shape and execute technology transformation initiatives across Daily Banking and embed NN Group technology standards.
• Provide hierarchical leadership to approximately 20 internal and external technology employees while developing expertise, autonomy, ownership, and collaboration.
• Ensure continuous availability, performance, stability, and technical quality of 24/7 product chains.
• Translate business and product roadmaps into technology delivery roadmaps and manage the change portfolio.
• Manage IT vendors, SLA performance, stakeholders, technology controls, risk, and compliance with DORA.

Requirements

• At least five years of management experience in the Dutch financial or banking sector, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong end-to-end IT operations experience with reliable, high-performing 24/7 product chains.
• Ability to translate business ambitions into pragmatic technology choices, delivery priorities, and executable change roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with IT vendor management, SaaS services, SLA performance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of IT risk, control frameworks, and regulations such as DORA, combined with the ability to inspire teams and embed technology standards.
• Hybrid work in The Hague, Netherlands.
