Product Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role with an office based in Belfast, UK. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1pm to 10pm, with possible adjustments based on customer demand and business needs.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to administrators and enterprise-level partners during the 1pm to 10pm shift.
• Troubleshoot complex software and systems issues through phone, web-based tools, and email.
• Manage product escalations and coordinate between customers and tiered support teams.
• Advise customers on product configuration, features, and proper use.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to associate-level team members.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
• Experience analyzing and resolving software problems.
• Ability to develop subject-matter expertise in cybersecurity technologies.
• Professional customer communication skills across multiple support channels.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, self-direction, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with email systems, networking, or DNS.
• Experience with Linux.
