Product Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Define the engagement and loyalty product strategy and roadmap across hirify.global and Pro.
• Own retention, session frequency, lifetime value, and other key product metrics.
• Lead product development from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
• Design growth loops, gamification, rewards, social features, and habit-forming mechanics.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams on experimentation and personalized engagement campaigns.
• Develop segmentation frameworks and align product goals with Consumer and Pro business leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for product decisions.
• Experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, behavioral psychology, and growth product management.
• Track record of launching engagement features such as notification systems, loyalty programs, rewards, or community features.
• Experience with both mobile and web applications and the ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers.
• Strong user empathy, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills; enthusiasm for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
