Product Manager - Institution Business (Crypto)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; work-from-home arrangement available, subject to the business team's work requirements

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle for institutional account, access, and financing solutions from concept through launch.
• Build and optimize broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, and API key workflows.
• Shape the OTC roadmap with business, engineering, and operations teams, defining milestones and prioritizing features for efficiency and risk management.
• Draft detailed PRDs, assess technical feasibility, and translate product ideas into actionable delivery plans.
• Use product data and user feedback to improve experiences for high-volume institutional trading.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to meet delivery goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, ideally involving institutional OTC trading, brokers, asset managers, or trading systems.
• Hands-on quantitative analysis or trading experience, including OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution.
• Strong understanding of pre-trade compliance, RFQ and block-trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for global stakeholder communication.
• Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
