Regional Head of Technology (Electrophysiology and Neurovascular)

Salary: €75,000.00–€129,260.00 annual base pay

What you will do

• Co-create the regional and country technology strategy for the electrophysiology, cardio, and neurovascular portfolio.
• Lead a business-facing technology organization and manage the regional technology portfolio, roadmap, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and adjacent R&D use cases using responsible AI, data governance, and security practices.
• Modernize platforms and legacy environments, including cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, connected-device telemetry, and digital solutions.
• Partner with senior business, clinical, commercial, supply chain, cybersecurity, regulatory, legal, and privacy stakeholders.
• Build talent, manage the regional technology budget, and ensure quality, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance across MedTech software and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of technology leadership experience, including direct leadership of business, engineering, data operations, or product teams.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience in large, matrixed environments.
• Experience with product management, agile delivery, portfolio governance, business processes, and foundational platforms such as ERP, CRM, or MES.
• Leadership experience with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML/GenAI, and compliant modernization of legacy environments.

Nice to have

• MedTech experience in cardio and neurovascular products, digital surgery, robotics, imaging, computer vision, or connected capital equipment.
• Experience working with clinical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience hiring and developing technical and product talent, with executive presence and change leadership.
