What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze independent and collaborative research projects.
• Develop and apply experimental, computational, clinical, or translational research methodologies.
• Collect, interpret, and communicate research findings through laboratory meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Prepare manuscripts, grant proposals, progress reports, and other scholarly materials.
• Maintain accurate research records and collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Mentor graduate students, research assistants, and other trainees while following research compliance and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Ph.D., M.D., Pharm.D., D.O., or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, health sciences, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Peer-reviewed publications, presentations, or other scholarly achievements.
• Experience with research methodologies, tools, or technologies relevant to oncology.
• Experience with grant writing, data analysis, or project management.
