Technical Office Manager (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers within the technical office.
• Review, verify, and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical submissions.
• Coordinate technical execution with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives and clients on technical approvals, clarifications, design changes, and variations.
• Manage document control, version management, technical issues, and progress reporting.
• Support material selection and procurement compliance with approved vendor lists and ADNOC specifications.

Requirements

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or an equivalent degree in any discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with ADNOC projects in the UAE and UAE/GCC project experience is required or highly preferred depending on seniority.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, project procedures, UAE statutory requirements, and local regulations.
• Experience with large-scale oil and gas facilities, offshore or onshore facilities, pipelines, terminals, or related infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to coordinate in multicultural, high-pressure project environments.
