Project Coordinator - Internship

What you will do

• Support Agile ways of working and coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, and other technology teams.
• Assist with stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint trackers, and project documentation.
• Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, basic sprint reports, and Agile metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development life cycle processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• CAPM, Agile Foundations, or another project management certification.
• University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience in technology or project coordination.
