What you will do
- Design, develop, modernize, and maintain enterprise automation frameworks for healthcare eligibility systems.
- Build and maintain UI, REST API, regression, system integration, and database validation automation suites.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Establish automation architecture, coding standards, reusable components, and testing best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and QA teams in Agile ceremonies and technical design sessions.
- Lead code reviews, evaluate automation technologies, and mentor QA automation engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Selenium, test automation framework development, reusable object-oriented frameworks, SQL, and database validation.
- 3+ years of experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jenkins or similar automation orchestration tools and enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with test automation architecture, REST API automation, regression testing, integration testing, and DevOps processes.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience as an Automation Architect, Lead QA Automation Engineer, Principal Automation Engineer, or Senior Automation Consultant.
- Experience modernizing legacy frameworks or designing automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience with IBM ETM, IBM QM, or IBM CLM.
- Experience with performance testing, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or regulated industries such as healthcare, human services, and government.
