Focus on managing channel specialists, translating complex crypto tax topics into clear messaging, and using CAC, conversion, and search data to scale signups.
Location: Fully remote in Europe
Salary: USD $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and mentor specialists across SEO, video, social, technical writing, and design.
- Own the content strategy, editorial calendar, pipeline, resource allocation, and operational rhythm.
- Define and enforce ’s tone of voice and editorial standards across all channels.
- Drive organic acquisition by tracking signups, conversion rates, CAC, and channel performance.
- Lead lifecycle email marketing, newsletters, product announcements, partner communications, and release notes.
- Write high-impact landing pages, email sequences, PR communications, and brand content as a hands-on player-coach.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on Web3 experience using wallets, DeFi platforms, crypto exchanges, or similar products.
- Proven experience building or scaling a product-led content operation and managing creators or channel leads.
- Strong copywriting portfolio covering landing pages, email sequences, educational guides, or brand messaging.
- Ability to define and enforce a consistent tone of voice across written content, video scripts, and social platforms.
- Experience using GA4, search metrics, conversion data, and other analytics to measure ROI and allocate resources.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, tax, personal finance, or technical self-serve SaaS.
- Familiarity with ’s crypto tax calculator and content.
