KOL Growth Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Build and scale a KOL/creator network for hirify.global Pro from the ground up in Spain and the Iberia region.
• Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation.
• Represent hirify.global Pro's derivatives suite, including perpetual futures and margin trading, to regional creators.
• Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and optimize CAC efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed eligible countries.
• Proven track record building an influencer/KOL network from scratch in Spain or the Iberia region.
• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Deep fluency in the local crypto and trading creator ecosystem.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a focus on CAC.
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products.

Nice to have

• Existing personal network of crypto KOLs/creators in Spain, Iberia, and other countries.
• Prior experience in a KOL, growth, or influencer marketing role at a crypto exchange.
