M&Q Financial Controller (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Oversee monthly closing, including expenses, variances, inventories, CAPEX, and financial metrics against the business plan.
• Execute and maintain the site's Sarbanes-Oxley controls and support internal and external audits.
• Supervise, coordinate, and develop a team of three financial analysts.
• Partner with manufacturing operations on decision-making, risk identification, and special-project evaluation.
• Lead business planning and forecasting for expenses, production capacity, absorption, variances, capital investments, and product standard costs.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Controlling or Finance within a manufacturing company.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of relevant systems, including SAP and SAP BW.
• Analytical, presentation, collaboration, and team-management skills.
