What you will do
- Act as the Finance Business Partner for DACH Brand teams and support profitable growth and investment decisions.
- Prepare and challenge Brand P&Ls, Gate P&Ls, pricing assumptions, and ROI analyses.
- Own A&CP forecasting, tracking, governance, annual planning, and strategic planning cycles.
- Deliver variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and recommendations to close performance gaps.
- Evaluate marketing investment effectiveness and drive profitability improvements through fact-based recommendations.
- Support European Brand Finance initiatives by improving reporting, governance, forecasting, and harmonized tools and processes.
Requirements
- Strong Commercial Finance experience, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or branded consumer businesses.
- Deep knowledge of P&L management, A&CP, forecasting, planning, pricing, and ROI analysis.
- Experience challenging senior Marketing and Commercial stakeholders constructively.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with local and regional responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, automation, or AI-enabled finance solutions.
- Commercial Finance experience in the beauty, FMCG, or branded consumer sectors.
