Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Prepare, review, reconcile, and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources, resolving discrepancies before submission.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and support reporting processes.
• Monitor changes to laws and regulations applicable to payment service providers and update compliance processes.
• Support compliance policies, the Compliance Monitoring Plan, training programs, and regulatory reporting for senior management and the Board.
• Identify compliance risks, test internal controls, and collaborate with technology and business teams on process automation and improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Bank Indonesia regulations, including PJP Activity Bundle 2 and payment systems compliance.
• Experience with KYB and onboarding controls, regulatory reporting, audit handling, compliance advisory, and regulator engagement.
• Strong understanding of reporting requirements and the local regulatory framework for electronic money and payment institutions.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software, with strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
