Analyst Relations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with priority industry analysts through briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions.
• Lead participation in major analyst evaluations, including submissions, executive interviews, and final report distribution.
• Develop analyst-facing messaging, presentations, and product demonstrations with Product Marketing and Product Management.
• Track analyst research agendas, market trends, competitive insights, and coverage areas.
• Enable Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal stakeholders to use analyst findings and positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, including a retail banking solutions or operations background.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong understanding of fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or financial crime compliance.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or interest in working globally and with multiple offices.
• Excellent English language skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in analyst relations or familiarity with analyst methodologies and vendor positioning.
• FinTech and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with executives, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI of analyst engagement.
