Senior Event Marketing Specialist (3D Printing)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with approximately 25% travel, mostly within Europe

hirify.global develops 3D printing tools used by industry leaders to design, prototype, and manufacture physical products and medical devices.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of trade shows and hirify.global-owned events, ranging from small booths to large-format exhibits.
• Develop and execute event plans, including pre- and post-event campaigns, staffing, booth management, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Design, and Leadership to align event presence with business and product objectives.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, vendors, logistics, inventory, collateral, and giveaways.
• Represent the brand onsite by building relationships with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Analyze event performance and apply insights to improve formats, messaging, and attendee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, including ownership of complex B2B trade show and event programs.
• Experience managing multi-event portfolios, including planning, execution, and reporting for small and large-format booths.
• Experience supporting product launches and evolving product portfolios through events.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Availability for approximately 25% travel to attend events and oversee onsite execution.
