What you will do

• Perform batch operations according to service agreements.

• Develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational delivery and identify career development paths.

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
• Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to continuously develop technical skills.
