Office 365 Engineer Mid (m/f/d) (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise users.
• Operate and optimize Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related M365 services.
• Provide technical recommendations for Modern Workplace, Security, and Compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to the enterprise M365 platform vision, roadmap, deployment practices, and automation.
• Monitor platform health, perform preventative maintenance, and minimize business disruptions.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams, document solutions, and handle management escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least four years of hands-on experience with Office/Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange, OneDrive, Active Directory, Enterprise Apps, Power Platform, Outlook, Teams, Security and Compliance, and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of PowerShell commands and scripting.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 technologies and analyzing technical issues.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, time-management, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience migrating on-premises Microsoft products to online services.
• Experience with Windows, Office and Enterprise Apps, Outlook, OneDrive, Endpoint Management, or Intune.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification.
