What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to clarify needs and align conflicting requirements.
- Analyze databases, data structures, data-related processes, and complex topics within the DWH environment.
- Use SQL to query and analyze data.
- Participate in agile projects and contribute to solution development and process improvements.
- Understand complex business topics quickly and facilitate consensus across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in requirements engineering or business analysis.
- Solid database knowledge and good SQL skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on, and team-focused approach.
- Fluent English language skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Previous experience in a DWH environment.
- German language skills.
- Experience with data-intensive projects.
