Field Service Technician (3D Printing)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; based in Frankfurt highly preferred. On-site customer work with 80%+ travel across the DACH region and beyond.

What you will do

• Install, commission, calibrate, and demonstrate 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Deliver structured training on equipment operation, software use, and basic maintenance.
• Respond to urgent customer downtime incidents and perform equipment repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits within the required 90-day service window.
• Diagnose electromechanical issues and work toward single-visit resolutions.
• Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and detailed service records in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Based in Frankfurt, Germany is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more of the time.
• Strong electromechanical or hardware technical background.
• German and English fluency at C1 level required.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and train customers.
• Valid driver’s license.
