Sr. Factory Repair Representative (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Repair customer-returned devices efficiently and on time.
• Inspect repaired devices against final test documentation and adjust settings within product specifications.
• Troubleshoot device repairs, including battery replacements and work with mechanical and electrical components.
• Document repairs and bookings in ERP systems while managing repair stock.
• Maintain production quality and participate regularly in Material Review Board meetings.
• Work according to defined conditions and SOPs while keeping the repair environment clean and structured.

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical and electrical components and related methods.
• Experience using assembly tools, measuring devices, and related instruments.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic MS Office knowledge.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Dependability and strong follow-through.
