Applications Engineer (AI)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite five days per week

Annual base salary: $165,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Develop focused laboratory testing to resolve customer problems.
• Identify, communicate, and document root causes.
• Write application notes, operating guides, and external conference collateral.
• Assist the scheduling team with project schedules.
• Lead and guide team members in resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of application engineering experience for integrated circuits.
• Experience solving complex problems involving evaluation boards, integrated circuits, and systems.
• Experience working with customers to solve application-related problems.
• Strong expertise in Python scripting for laboratory automation and laboratory electronics equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and meters.
• Experience with silicon bring-up, post-silicon debugging, technical communication, and laboratory problem-solving leadership.
