Senior Growth Marketing Manager (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Own the customer lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation through purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
• Develop and execute customer engagement and purchase campaigns across web, email, and other channels.
• Design customer journey programs and create segmented content and resources that help customers maximize the value of hirify.global products.
• Track and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales teams on campaigns, product launches, and customer experience.
• Test and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a hardware technology company.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Creative, customer-focused mindset with strong curiosity about customers, products, and technology.
• Ability to execute quickly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with marketing email platforms such as Marketo or Klaviyo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, analytics tools such as Google Analytics or BigQuery, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
