What you will do
- Maintain, install, and repair rotating equipment and mechanical systems in line with required standards.
- Allocate maintenance activities, assemble technician teams, and supervise ongoing work.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, work permits, and job progress with the Foreman.
- Provide technical guidance on the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate execution with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments.
- Maintain SAP maintenance data, attend progress meetings, and support safety audits and training.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management for oil and gas facilities.
- Leadership experience in large organizations and the ability to organize technicians and resources.
- Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and judgment under pressure.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and comply with SATORP safety standards, hazardous-work regulations, and PPE requirements.
