What you will do

  • Collaborate with regulatory compliance specialists to review and revise written work products.
  • Conduct field work and gather information for inspection reports, permit applications, and compliance plans.
  • Coordinate schedules and deliverables to meet client regulatory deadlines.
  • Analyze environmental data, prepare client reports, and submit results through state and federal reporting systems.
  • Review and interpret federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Respond to client and regulator requests regarding submitted data, reports, and communications.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in EHS consulting or a similar field.
  • Project management experience involving deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful completion of fit-for-work testing, including drug and alcohol testing, is required.

Nice to have

  • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification.
  • Familiarity with CAA, CWA, RCRA, TRI, and TSCA programs.
  • Familiarity with OSHA health and safety programs.
