Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Java + Angular)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. Work type: Remote/Office.

hirify.global is hiring for an engineering role supporting a European public sector organisation in the agricultural sector.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java, Spring, JPA, and Angular.
• Take technical ownership of solution performance, security, maintainability, and data integrity.
• Translate requirements with business analysts, engineers, and agricultural-domain stakeholders.
• Implement business logic, data access, and optimized data models while evolving existing information systems compatibly.
• Contribute to architecture decisions covering containerisation, cloud deployment, and build automation.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master's-level education with 15 years of IT experience, bachelor's-level education with 17 years, or equivalent secondary education with 22 years.
• At least 13 years of Java, 9 years of Spring, 11 years of JPA, 8 years of JavaScript, and 7 years of Angular experience.
• At least 6 months of experience analysing, developing, and maintaining information systems in the agricultural sector.
• Mandatory AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C02) and Oracle Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD/OCEJWCD) certifications.
• English at B2 level or higher (CEFR), spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana.
