Manager, Planning (AI Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with office attendance around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and PPC campaigns for RoC Skincare.
• Use WPP Open AI agents and automation tools for campaign management, reporting, and media optimisation.
• Analyse real-time performance data, adjust budgets, and optimise campaigns against client KPIs.
• Translate client briefs into integrated media plans and develop audience segments using planning tools.
• Manage daily client relationships for RoC Skincare and ME+EM, including status meetings, timelines, budgets, billing, and reconciliations.
• Support new business pitches and mentor junior Account Executives in audience insights, competitor analysis, and agency operations.

Requirements

• Experience in account management or media planning within a digital, media, or integrated agency.
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social channels.
• Understanding of audience insight tools, competitive research, and media targeting strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation, financial numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate client deliverables.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
