Project Management Intern, Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Location: Singapore; hybrid arrangement with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Support visual merchandising activities across Asia Pacific duty-free environments, including planogram creation, updates, and adaptations.
• Prepare visual merchandising guidelines and review in-store market reports and photos for compliance and best-practice sharing.
• Track POSM orders, forecasts, stock-on-hand data, deployment plans, and launch calendars.
• Coordinate launch readiness with marketing, logistics, commercial, finance, vendors, and regional markets.
• Support vendor timelines, feedback consolidation, sample approvals, quality-control follow-ups, deployment calls, and meeting action items.
• Prepare stakeholder presentations and support digital tools, including AI planogram initiatives and SharePoint libraries.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship from January to June 2027, for at least six months.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, and able to follow up consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and effective communication skills.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Creativity and interest in POSM design, material choices, and sustainability initiatives.
