Employee Experience Specialist (Middle)

What you will do

• Design and continuously improve employee experience processes across the employee journey.
• Connect processes, recognition, employee listening and culture initiatives into one coherent system.
• Map as-is and to-be employee journeys and help create service blueprints that identify friction in systems, tools and processes.
• Lead interviews, focus groups, pulse surveys and engagement analysis, translating insights into prioritised actions.
• Own recognition programs, employee experience metrics and culture initiatives, measuring participation, engagement, belonging and retention.
• Create frameworks, templates and playbooks while collaborating with HR, Talent Development, Internal Communications, Marketing and IT.

Requirements

• English at B2+ level.
• Russian at B2+ level.
• 4+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture, HR Programs or a similar field.
• Experience designing, launching and improving employee experience programs end-to-end.
• Strong program management, project management, systems-thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with employee listening, employee research, engagement data analysis, recognition or culture program mechanics.

Nice to have

• Experience with recognition, rewards or gamification programs.
• Exposure to employee or customer journey mapping and service design methods.
• Experience with HR technology or employee engagement platforms.
• Experience using AI to improve internal processes or employee experience.
• Experience working in global or distributed organisations.
