International Payroll Specialist

Location: Hybrid, based out of Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll operations for assigned EMEA countries, including inputs, validation, approvals, reconciliations, funding, and payment confirmation.
• Coordinate with ADP Celergo, local payroll providers, HR, Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Legal to resolve discrepancies, configuration issues, statutory requirements, and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and ADP Celergo data and prepare payroll previews, registers, variance reports, payslips, accounting outputs, and audit evidence.
• Support new entity launches, payroll expansions, year-end activities, audits, and EOR-to-entity transitions.
• Improve controls, reporting, documentation, issue tracking, system testing, workflows, and recurring payroll automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll operations experience, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
• Hands-on experience with external payroll providers and multi-country payroll platforms; ADP Celergo experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll controls, data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, statutory deductions, social contributions, and audit support.
• Knowledge of Serbia and/or Poland payroll processes.
• Clear English communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to protect confidential employee and compensation information.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or export-license approval.
