Focus on managing sourcing timelines, preparing award recommendations, tracking savings and contract milestones, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.

What you will do

  • Coordinate RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, including preparation, distribution, evaluation support, and award documentation.
  • Manage sourcing timelines, milestones, trackers, approvals, and governance reviews across indirect spend categories.
  • Support supplier shortlisting, bid comparison analysis, sourcing summaries, recommendation packs, and supplier communications.
  • Collect, cleanse, and analyse spend and supplier data to support sourcing decisions and savings tracking.
  • Coordinate collaboration between Procurement, Legal, Finance, Category Managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Support supplier onboarding, contract creation and renewal tracking, vendor master data changes, and handover to contract management or P2P teams.

Requirements

  • Expert negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build enduring relationships and partnerships with suppliers.
  • French-speaking capability is required.
  • Ability to work with sourcing documentation, supplier data, procurement governance, and compliance requirements.
